For property that needs work

We are very interested in hearing from Landlords who have property that may have been neglected over the years and therefore needs some work. We refurbish property in exchange for long term lease on the property or can help you manage your own ongoing refurbishment.

Our fees

Listing Fee for Operations and Marketing: $100
Rentals – 10% of the first year rental. If this is a monthly rental then it is payable each month
Sales – 5% of the sale price
Property Management – 10% of annual rent each year
Advertising only option – $100 per month (in some cases we may recommend this as the best option)
